Holiday Stress

The holidays don’t have to be stressful. It’s not about spending a ridiculous amount of money on presents. It’s not about putting on a show. Stop striving for PERFECTION. Don’t be the cause of your stress. 

The holidays are about ENJOYING time with the ones you love. Think about what the holidays mean to YOU. Express appreciation for the blessings you have. Be thankful for your family, freinds and the roof over your head. 

But if you do become overwhelmed this season, remember to BREATHE. Take some time to yourself. Become present. Focus on what you can control. Release frustration through exercising. Feed your body nutrients and give it water. And if you’re still tense, get a chiropractic adjustment to keep your spirit shining BRIGHT!
