February is Heart Health month. Have you shown your heart any love this month? 

What do you do for exercise? Are you exercising daily? Are you moving a couple times a week? 

Let’s talk about why you should exercise!

1. Exercise lowers your blood pressure. Blood pressure is a major risk factor in heart disease. 

2. Exercise is key for weightloss. Being overweight puts extra stress on the heart. 

3. Exercise builds muscle. Your heart is a muscle! It works 24/7 365 days a year. 

4. Exercise lowers stress. When you exercise, your body releases endorphines and endorphines improve your mood.
